Admission to Government Medical colleges is on the basis of 15% All India quota and 85% State quota.

Kindly mention your state then I can tell you better about your probable chances for admission to colleges in that state. Cutoff vary from college to college so if you are aspiring to take admission to any particular college then mention the college name.
