Grishma, you haven't mentioned your Category. But with a score of 387, it is difficult for a seat in MBBS irrespective of your Category and the State that you hold the domicile of. You will need atleast 500 if you belong to Reserve Categories and even 550 and above if you belong to General Category. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
