My neet score is 388 in neet 2019 my state rank is 6092 I belong to bc-b category are there any chances of getting mbbs seat underA-category

Frankly your score is bit less for a very good government college but still with your state ranking there is some hope. Go through previous year's list of cut off for A-category MBBS seat. And check whether your rank falls in that category or not. Don't lose hope. Don't lose heart.
