Well with this marks she can get seat in private medical colleges in Bihar but the fees is quite high being ₹800000 per year as tuition fee excluding hostel fees and other fees.

If you are looking for low budget private medical colleges then consider Karnataka state where private colleges have low fees as compared to other state private colleges. But at the same time cut off is also high even for private medical colleges.
