My nta score is 96.879 percentile Iam in obc category can i get into iiit and nit

First of all let me congratulate you for having this much range of score in the JEE mains entrance exam. As per the analysis made by the experts you have the better chances to take over the nit premises but since till now the authorities has not declared the official cuttoff so faar which is going to be declare at the end of the JEE mains April session for the various categories. Let me consider that you have appeared in paper 1 as you have not specefied it.

For 96.879 percentile you will have rank around 32000 in crl and your obc rank will be below 8000. So you have high chance of getting NITs and IITs. But you will not get good branches in top NITs and neither will get cs in any NIT. You can check for what NITs you can get along with branches using college predictor.
