I have obc ncl certificate from Bihar issued on 18.10.2018. But jeeadv demand in his format on and after 1.4.2019. What is the way for me

Answer 1

Generally, if the certificate is issued by DM then it is valid for 3 years but as Jee advanced is a national level entrance so the particular state caste certificate wont work as it requires central one only.
