I regret to inform you that, due to your obc status, your rank is insufficient to gain admission to any prominent engineering college such as nits or iiits with good branches.

Yes, you can get into nits, but they are all in northeastern states: nits in Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Aizawal, and Shillong, where you can study non-core subjects like biotechnology, metallurgical engineering, and mining engineering.
