Hi yarra ,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
89 percentile is not sufficient for a obc candidate to get admission into any nits as even in lower nits the worst branches like metallurgy or mining department
Cutoffs gets closed till a maximum rank upto 14k to 16 k .
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take any other private institutes
