My percentile is 85.046 belong to general cast can I eligible in jee advance 2019 my rank is 170433

I'm sorry to say that you cannot get qualified for JEE Advanced as your percentile is 85.046. The qualifying percentile cutoff for general category candidates is 89.7548. You have missed the cutoff by a mere 4%. That just shows how much competition that you have to face just to get a seat in a good Engineering Institute like IITs or NITs.
If you have an NIT in your home state, then maybe you will have a chance there.
