my rank in kcet 1238 &special categary "scouts& guides" quota , is there is any chance in RVC CS/ IS/ E&C

You got good marks in KCET and you can try for RVCE as you scouts and guides reservation and you may get the branch you want but have to be in atough competition as many aspirants apply for it and also the course is been chosen by many.
