You might get a management seat based on how much you pay, how early , are there vacant seats or not !

Well, that depends upon what college you are aiming for. But, one thing is for sure that if you have cleared the qualifying cutoff, you are eligible for applying for private colleges. Since you belong to reserved category, chances are much more. If not MBBS, you might get BDS or BAMS seats.
