Hello Yashsav,
You have scored a decent rank in VITEEE. According to previous years cutoffs it will be difficult for you to get CSE in VIT VELLORE as in 2017 the closing rank was 7000 and previous year it was around 6000. You might have chances of getting IT in VIT VELLORE as its closing rank was around 12000 to 13000.
You can get CSE in VIT CHENNAI campus.
