Dear Isha,
there is good chance that you can get NIT Arunachal pradesh in ECE and mechanical branch at this rank.
Previous year cutoff of this NIT for mechanical was 17191 and for ECE was 13543 for the ST female student of Arunachal pradesh.
And if you are think to take admission in other colleges then you can participate in the state counselling and you can also try CSAB round of JEE, there you will get lots of option.
