Getting in the CSE / IT are somewhat in dilleman but as per my friend score 10k rank before 2 years back he has got the CSE in KIIT and in your case definitely the chances are there but fully we can't assure you about that and coming to the other branches so you are under that zone from where you might can opt any branch like Civil , EEE, Mechanical etc .

My general women rank is 2649 so there are some reserved seats also for girls so now what are the chances even fir IT

See , KIIT is not an government institutions , so i don't think so there might be some proportional seats reserved for the girls , for better information you can asked to the counselling Authorities of KIIT as well such that they will ellaborate you in that.
