My rank is 1454 UR category in clat 2018.Can I expect any nlu in 3rd councelling?I did not get any nlu in 1st or 2nd list.

Your chances for getting an NLU alloted in the third list seem bleak considering the previous year cut offs and your category.
But you have a fair chance for a lower tier NLU in the vacancies. For that you should stay updated with their official websites as all the institutes will handle the process of filling up vacancies on their own.
