My rank is 32397 ....can i get any good govt engg. College in CSE or mechanical engineer or electrical engineering???

You can not get chance in govt college (only can get in case of reservation/quota).Also you can not get top private college like IEM,, Heritage,, Techno Salt lake. You can go for other private colleges.
