my rank is 33234 in 2019 exam, can i join VIT with this same score in 2020

No, you cannot join VIT with the same rank. Each and every year VITEEE exams are held and on the basis of their rank they provide the colleges. Every time you give the exam and a new rank will be provided to you on the basis of that only you will get the college.
