my rank is 39000 in VITEE.so we get in CSE vellore branch? Chennai is good for cse according to Placement.

To grab CSE you need much lower rank than you have got. Cut throat competition prevails these days for grabbing this branch. In my opinion you won't get the branch. Still, you can get other branches but I suggest if you are passionate towards computer science you should pursue this only.
