My SC category rank is 7177 will I get NIT or not. lf yes then what are some NITs I should fill during counselling, my domicile state is U.P.

Based on this rank your chances of getting good NIT is very less and will get lower branches in NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Raipur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Agartala and similar others.
