as you got 3521 rank, you have possibilities of getting a seat in government pharmacy college and as you have reservation you can definitely get a seat in the concerned college that you want to join. So there is no worries, during the counselling session try for the top 20 colleges of government pharmacy colleges they will definitely allot a seat
