I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into iiest shibpur.
Firstly its not a nit .
It is indian institute of engineering science and technology.
And with this sc score its not possible for you to get admission into it.
As according to previous year closing rank the highest cutoff for other state student had gone far to 7k .
So you cannot get admitted in iiest shibpur.
