my sc rank is 9592 can i get any nit collleges

You have obtained 9,592 SC category rank in JEE Main. Based on this rank chances are less that you will get good NITs. But the cutoff changes every year and you can have opportunity to get seat there. However, you may have some possibilities in IIITs .
