My score is 464 in NEET UG with AIR- 73128 Under SC Category rank-2828. I don't get seat for mbbs in round 1. Can I get seat in round 2?

Hello Manish,
Although you didn't get a seat in 1st round allotment result but you should not lose a hope.
According to last year's 2 allotment result the candidate who got the last seat under AIQ and against the SC reservation in mbbs in a government college had secured a rank of 64558AIR.
You should go for the state counseling (to whichever state you belong to) rather then waiting for 2nd allotment result.
