My sister got 200 in neet. Can she apply for counselling?

Yes, she can apply for Councelling of neet 2019, but the chances of hers to get into any government medical colleges is very low.
For general category and OBC category , BDS seats are also quiet impossible to get in any government college.
She can go for private colleges for bds or AYUSH courses.
Though she can apply for both all India as well as state quota counselling
.
