My snap 2018 percentile is 19.784 and score is 23.487.what are the chances that I can get calls from any colleges till last chance?

A percentile of 19.784 is comparitevely very low to get admission into any top B School. For any symbiosis college infact, for open category, one needs to atleast have a percentile above 60 percentile even to get call in extended lists or in further waitlists. So as i see it, I think you may not get a call from any college till the last chance too.
