In CSAB counselling CRL rank is considered and not category rank.

It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

******number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

****** number of available seats,

****** performance of different students in the examination,

****** the category you belong etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then

Even in CSAB counselling your chances are low for NIT Agartala.

For example,

In second round of counselling 2020,   under other state 76315 crl was closing rank for OBC category for a seat in NIT Agartala and it was for Biotechnology
