The cutoff for government colleges is quite high. 367 won't be enough for government MBBS seat. Of he wants to study MBBS, it would be better to try for some private college or otherwise in government quota, he may get AYUSH or Bvsc seat.

Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat in the Government colleges under All India Quota seats & state quota seats but you should have the chance for the state quota seats in private colleges.
