Did your son ultimately appear for WBJEE?
The 2019 rules say that the candidate must be a citizen of India. The document is silent about PIO/OCI. In fact, I am right now in your situation and seeking an answer. Other exams, like IISER/NISER, NEET etc. have clarified that OCI candidates can appear for the exams.
yes your son has been eligibel for WBJEE.
Need urgent help to get this clarified. I am getting confusing response from board office.
