My state of Eligibility is Andhra Pradesh ....will I be eligible for becece counselling if my domicile is Bihar?

Hi aspirant
As per the eligibility criteria is concerned, for being eligible for BCECE...

Only those candidates who are residents of Bihar will be able to claim reservation for admission to Bihar engineering colleges.
Other state candidates will not be able to claim reservation for a seat through BCECE 2019.

So, if you have domicile of Bihar then you can apply for the same.
