my state rank in j&k neet mbbs 2019 exam is 421 OM .any chance to get into any gmc .

Dear Tarun, in 2018, under State Quota, 440 marks secured a seat in Sher-e-Kashmir Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. With 421 marks, you are a little short. But then 4 Medical Colleges have been added to this Academic year. You might have a chance at a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
