my studies upto 10th (ssc) in A.P and inter completed in telengana which state is local for me for jee mains

so with regard of you're query. As you said that you have completed up to 10th class in Andhra Pradesh, so you will be local to ap itself. because you should study atleast 4 years in a particular state so that, you will be local to that state.
so, you will be local to ap for JEE-MAINS examination.
