My upsee mark is 168 and 89thousand something rank what chances i get govt cllg? And what is the chances to get CS?

Admission to government college is impossible at this rank if you belong to general category candidate. For Government college, Your rank must be below 2500. You can hardly get any good college with this rank.

I think You should take direct admission on basis of your marks in 10+2. You can get better college in this way.
Any other option??

With this marks u can't get gov college ..but u can get private college of noida
