Bro nothing will happen I thing you are not in touch regarding upsee.nic.in official website if you are in touch then you surely see the new notification regarding fee waiver seat filling issue

Sir same problem . If I withdraw in 2,3,4 round than there is any chance that I entered in 5 round with new registration
