As per the newly received information, the Delhi High Court held its final hearing and passed a decision today (April 26). All candidates, including those from NIOS and above the upper age limit, can appear for NEET 2018. Their admit card will be made available for download as soon the High Court verdict is released, which should likely happen in the next day or two.

Admit cards for open school students and candidates above the upper age limit will be available for download from April 24 onwards. This is because that is the date on which the Delhi High Court will pass its final verdict on whether such candidates can appear for NEET 2018.
The most likely scenario is that the Delhi HC will pass an interim order allowing all candidates to appear for NEET this year and the admit cards will be immediately released on that date by the CBSE.
