NEET 2018 counselling round-2 was supposed to be available after 4:00 pm on 6 July 2018 but I am not able to register myself for it.

I would sugget you that you should talk with either the higher authority of NEET counselling board or you should wait for the next counselling for NEET.

Thank you for the suggestion but I tried all the numbers available on the site and even emailed them but no response.

The second round registration is expected to start from today 6th July, 2018 but it is not started now, You can stay tuned with the official website to get the updated information.
