I am not able to register myself for the second round neet 2018 counselling even though i did not apply for the first round.what should i do

Since you did not register for the first round counselling, now you are not elegible to attend second round of counselling. Sorry but i guess if you are talking about AIQ qouta counselling then you can try for state qouta counselling.
