NEET 2019 score 563, got GQ seat state quota, want to drop for AIQ in NEET 2020 .. worth? please help with few examples

Your marks are good enough for the admission in the good govt. institute. In the current year if you have scored the good marks then why you need to go for the one year drop. There are the chances of getting your marks higher but the marks you have obtained will surely fetch you the good medical or dental college and there is no need to waste a year. It is also not guranteed that you will get the all india quota seat in the NEET 2020, as the paper can get tougher due to increase in the number of medical seats and number of candidates. So better that you go for the state medical institute for the better future and do not let your efforts get wasted.
