Yes, NEET UG Entrance Examination score is required for admission into medical colleges that come under NEET. Be it private/deemed/government medical college you have to show your NEET marks during counseling and admission procedure. Moreover you must secure a minimum percentile in NEET, else you wont get admission in a medical college.
Minimum qualifying percentile -
UR - 50th percentile
UR PH - 45th percentile
SC/ST/OBC/SC PH/ST PH/OBC PH - 40 th percentile

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019
mainly it depends on the College and type of UNIVERSITY and its fee structure.
Cutoff for LAST year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
FOR CAT SEATS IT IS DEDUCTED TO 380-390 marks in NEET.
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.
