Hii aspirant..
Sorry to tell you that there is no freshers party for non collegiate students at Delhi University. Although every year the regular college students are having their freshers party given by their seniors but no freshers party for non collegiate students.
Although if you are lucky maybe this year there may be some changes but till now freshers party was never organised for non collegiate students.
