Such problems can sometimes arise due to technical or website maintenance related issues. This is expected to be resolved as soon as possible. Keep trying at regular intervals.

You can also try contacting 0120-4073500(MCC call centre) or 1800 102 7637( Toll free number) regarding this issue.

Hello candidate !!

Not only you , but hundreds others are also facing the same problem . The message of 'Wrong security code ' , 'Not allowed to register' is popping up again and again . It is most probably due ti server error.

I would advise you to write a mail to adgme@nic.in

And keep calling them at
