Hi Himanshi,
At 500/720 in NEET 2019, even the OBC category won't get you a MBBS seat in a government college in AIQ quota. So rather than looking for seats in other states, try going for you 85% State Quota seats in the state you have a domocile in as there you'll have a much higher chance of getting a government college than in any other state through AIQ.
