Hi Sivaram,

You must have a decent AIR in JEE main to get admission in any IIIT where admission granted through JOSAA counseling. But IIIT Hyd/IIITBhu/IIITRaipur etc allow admission through their own counseling on the basis of JEE main marks (not AIR) and you must score above 150 to get the seat in any of these IIITs.Of all the IIITs, IIITHyd is regarded better than the others so far CSE is concerned.
