hii friend,
at this rank your friend can get admission in jadavpur university in IT, power engineering e.t.c but she is not eligible for branches like CSE and ECE.

I want to know that the cutoff rank mention in the side of Jadavpur university for obc category is general rank or obc rank????

If you are category student, category rank is applicable. Otherwise general rank.

Rank under obc-b category is your obc-b rank and not general rank.
