Hi nikhil, sometimes academic brilliance may not be sufficient to get a job commensurate with your capabilities. Getting a  good job is a function of the the interview panel, the profile of the job you are seeking, the assessment fo the panel regarding your suitability to the current job etc. While we can empathise with you on our predicament, the only advice we could give you is to not to lose heart and seek out opportunities.
