Please anyone tell, Suppose I make above 96percentile in jee mains exam but my 12th percentage is less than 75 but i want councelling for colleges except NIT and IIIT ,so what happen... Is any good government college is present for me?

If you get 96 percentile in JEE Main exam but less than 75 percentage in 12th board exams, then clearly you will not be eligible to get admission in any NIT/IIIT.
You can choose to go for other institutes. Also, before applying for any other college, check its eligibility criteria whether it requires 75 percentage or not.
You can choose to apply for government colleges under state quota (if your state have) where you live.
