Hello Mukesh,
University of delhi do not conduct entrance exam for admission in B.com course. Also admission to this course is done on basis of merit list which is released by every college under university of delhi. And merit list is based on the marks which you have secured in 12th board. So you will get admission in b.com on 12th board marks.
