Hii,i am here to help you according to your query.Jamia Millia is a good one. I have also heard of this one place called English and Foreign Languages University. Another place that I have heard of a lot is Fergusson College, Pune.Apart from those, if you can manage to get into DU, then do. The cutoffs for English Hons. dropped immensely last year, and I expect them to drop even further this year.
