Hey Vijay,
For now, we cannot predict this year's cut-off. The actual cut-off will be released after April session of JEE. But, for 2018, the closing rank for admissions in CS branch was 12,840. And for 2017, it was 12,988.
So, it may range around the same. The opening rank was around 4,800. So, for admissions, you will have to get a rank below 10,000 for suriety.
