The counsellng for jee main rank is done by JOSAA which has already started from the start of October about 5 rounds are done and only one is left you should have done that at the start now you cannot participate you can check the dates in the given link. You should go to colleges in Telangana and ask them for admission through your JEE rank maybe they will help you
