Prefer me college under comedk with rank of 31,364 . Would it better choosing college comedk college over VIT BHOPAL

Hi, I would suggest you take a good comedk college like PES Mandya etc because VIT Bhopal is very new and there are no stats available about its placements. If you are getting VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai, then only opt for VIT. You can take any good college in comedk and then try for off campus placements in Banglore in case your college isn't having good placements. Since comedk colleges are in Karnatka,  you can get placements in startups and other MNCs in Banglore
